A new frame, subframe and lightweight wheels and tires combined with all-new styling enforce the effort that has gone into the development of the new generation KTM RC 390. With a focus on weight saving, the KTM RC 390 is lighter, stiffer and more READY TO RACE than ever before. 

Introducing the all-new KTM RC 390, it takes racing to a whole new level. With its redesigned features and enhanced performance, this bike is ready to dominate the tracks.

The frame and subframe of the RC 390 have been completely revamped, utilizing an ultra-lightweight trellis frame and a bolt-on subframe. This not only provides exceptional stability and control but also reduces weight by 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg) compared to its predecessor. The increased overall stiffness of the frame enhances rider feedback and compliance, enabling precise maneuvering on winding roads and racetracks.

Equipped with new lightweight wheels, the RC 390 sheds a

n additional 7.5 lbs (3.4 kg) of unsprung weight, resulting in improved agility and a more aggressive appearance. The bike sports a 110/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-17 rear tire, contributing to its ready-to-race stance.

Braking performance is exceptional thanks to the lightweight ByBre 4-piston-fixed calipers, gripping a 320 mm disc at the front and a 230 mm disc at the rear. The race-tuned ABS technology maximizes the potential of the brakes, ensuring swift and controlled stops.

The RC 390 boasts race-inspired ergonomics, combining a comfortable riding position with optimal rider control. The narrow design facilitates maximum contact between the rider and the machine, enhancing handling and maneuverability.

To further enhance the bike's performance and customization options, there is a wide range of accessories available. These include the Akrapovič "Slip-On Line" exhaust, footbrake and brake cylinder covers, rear sprocket, clutch and brake levers, brake lever protection, and more.

The seat has been redesigned for improved riding dynamics, offering all-day comfort and supreme control. The footpegs have also been optimized for spirited riding, providing stability and grip.

The KTM RC 390 puts the rider in full control with adjustable handlebars and levers made of lightweight aluminum. The clutch and brake levers can be adjusted to achieve the perfect pressure points and reach.

Passenger comfort has not been overlooked, as the new pillion seat features thicker foam construction and a non-slip surface. Additionally, the redesigned passenger hand grips offer improved ergonomics and a greater sense of control.

The 2022 RC 390 showcases a completely redesigned bodywork inspired by MotoGP™, combining striking aesthetics with functional design. The fairings not only provide wind protection at high speeds but also excel in weather protection, aided by Computational Flow Dynamics simulations. The body panels are easier to remove with fewer fastening screws, facilitating maintenance and customization.

Featuring a larger 3.6-gallon (13.7-liter) fuel tank with an electronic cover, inspired by the KTM Moto3™ race bike, the RC 390 offers best-in-class fuel capacity. The tank design prioritizes rider comfort, allowing for longer rides with fewer fuel stops.

The bike is available in a vibrant color and graphics collection, emphasizing its "Ready to Race" identity, influenced by MotoGP™.

Leading-edge technology sets the RC 390 apart in the small displacement Supersport segment. Rider aids and advanced features typically found in higher-end superbikes are incorporated, setting a new benchmark.

The RC 390 features all-new LED lighting, including a wide-beam LED headlight with daylight running lights for optimal visibility. The LED taillight adds to its distinctive look.

An all-new TFT dashboard provides crucial information at a glance, with the option to customize the displayed data. Connect your smartphone via KTM MY RIDE to access your music library and handle incoming calls while keeping your hands on the grips. The ambient light adaptive TFT display ensures perfect visibility day and night.
